How much is your life insurance really worth? We determine it for you and make sure that you get the money you deserve. As lawyers for contract law, we review private and business contracts and handle the reversal of life insurance policies.

What exactly does this mean?

More return through revocation! Insured persons can revoke their life or pension insurance even after taking out the policy – yes, even years later. Prerequisites for the reversal are:

• that you were not sufficiently informed about your rights when you signed the contract
• that you signed the life insurance contract between 29.07.1994 and 31.12.2007.

That says a judgement of the Federal High Court (in Germany: BHG). In the case of a revocation you get back the paid contributions plus interest. Even for policies that have already been paid out!

Why revoke instead of cancel or sell?

If, on the other hand, you decide to cancel or sell your life insurance policy, you will get significantly less money back. Reversal is therefore generally the better choice if you want to part with your life insurance policy or feel unfairly treated afterwards. We assess whether you can revoke your insurance and calculate the exact yield.
